Another Legend Gone

Richard Pryor died. another black legend gone. it seems like we're losing them left and right. but that opens the doors to a whole new generation of black legends, right??? i don't know. i want to say yes. i want to believe it does...but i'm not even sure we [the african american community] create legends anymore. we mass produce commercial carbon copies...and bad commercial carbon copies at that. well, i am determined to do better. i have to...for a shall be a legend, sooner than later.
